Thank you for this beautiful atmospheric post that clears through the clutter and brings us back to reality. I appreciate your nice visit and comment. Don't know if you were aware, but my husband has been declining with Alzheimer's and has been in care since August. I visit him everyday. It's heartwarming. Heartbreaking and challenging all at the same time! My mom passed 2 weeks ago. She was 93 and ready. But still it's been a sometimes challenging time. Please excuse that I haven't visited often. Keeping my blog up is very important to me and I appreciate your visit. Take care of yourself and keep enjoying the everyday gifts. Aloha!
My husband passed a couple of years ago. I was his caregiver. I understand. Start a gratitude journal be thankful for three things. Take time for yourself. I kept my blog up but have trouble more now that I am alone and using a walker myself. Honor your progress. Take care of yourself. Hugs!
Interesting. I noticed that when couples go on vacation they have a good time if it doesn't rain or snow or meets their expectations and a bad time if expectations aren't met.
A touch of ambience and serenity accompanies this scene
ReplyDeleteRoentare, thank you.
