  1. Your light and shape study is beautiful. I try to pay attention to the lesson taught by your quote but it is hard to keep my mind from going a thousand directions at once. The Zen state is hard to find for me ,

  2. I too find it hard. When I take an egg out of the refrigerator I am suppose to be one with the egg. Instead I am thinking about butter, bread, what else do I need. Same goes for anything I do. Zen state is hard but I keep trying.
