Quote:
"To such an extent does nature delight and abound in variety that among her trees
there is not one plant to be found which is exactly like another; and not only among the plants, but among the boughs, the leaves and the fruits, you will not find one which is exactly similar to another."
~ Leonardo da Vinci

Beautiful.
ReplyDeleteJocelyn, thanks a heap for the comment.
Delete...Joyce, these are haunting images! I wish you a Merry May weekend.
ReplyDeleteFog does supply "haunting" in images just be being there.
DeleteI wish I took these photos. They're beautiful.
ReplyDeleteWorth a Thousand Words
Thanks.
DeleteLovely foggy light!
ReplyDeleteIf I know there is fog around I'm out there taking in the adventure of eerie.
DeleteTwo versions cast a different mood
ReplyDeleteSame photo different usage of what we can see.
DeleteThe fog gives a haunting quality to the pictures, and the quote is so true.
ReplyDeleteAlana, fog requests everyone to look again because it has that haunting, blurry quality. Whereas, Leonardo da Vinci we look at his journals again and again to learn and see what we didn't learn or seen before.
DeleteImpressive !
ReplyDeleteJutta, thanks for the comment.
DeleteGorgeous photos!!
ReplyDeleteThanks!
DeleteI love misty fog and the empty trees limbs reaching up in the fog.
ReplyDeleteFog sure can present us a canvas to capture on that blank page. Little miracles.
DeleteWonderful etheral photos of sky and trees ~ thanks,
ReplyDeleteWishing you good health, laughter and love in your days,

Fog rolls into an area and presents us with delicate photographs. What a gift!
DeleteThe fog in this photo creates such an ethereal feel, highlighting the distinct silhouettes of the trees, just as Da Vinci described.
ReplyDeleteShiju, you have a gift of words, as well as, the photographer's "eye". Thank you.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful scene and beautiful photos. I love the atmosphere created by the foggy mist.
