The merchandise in Macy's window is what people value.   Something without a price tag is judged as worthless.   Discerning eyes discovered unseen images both inside and outside of this display.  The truth is to recognize our spirituality from one moment to another moment.

I spotted this one seagull feather at the beach, Gilson Park, Wilmette, IL.   Using Picasa, a photo editing program, one feather can become an infinite number.   In this image I was exploring the center, the hub, the balance of things.   I left this feather behind, untouched, but then a sense of gratitude washed over me as I walked back to the car.

Happy Valentine's Day everyone!   This week I am posting an image taken at Lac Court Oreilles, Hayward Lakes Area, Hayward, Wisconsin.  I used a photo editing program called picnik to achieve this look.  I left the edges to look like hunka hunka burning love around the Pink heart.  Thank you Elvis for the words hunka hunka.  And then to tell you the truth in the beginning nothing in this photograph was Pink but it is now.

I was driving back from the beaches near Orlando, Florida, when I saw this Pink sunset.   I pulled over, grabbed the camera and caught this moment which can never be repeated because lighting changes from one minute to the next.   This scene looks very peaceful; the reality is it wasn't.   Trucks, vans, cars were passing by so fast that I could feel the vibration and the wind suction.  It wasn't a pleasant experience; but I did "see" the beauty available even when all else is in chaos.
