Skywatch Friday - Season 4, Episode 8

Howdy! When I stopped in Weyerhaeuser, Wisconsin for a bite to eat, this window in the bathroom called to me. Take this shot. Take this shot. Take this shot. I tried to ignore my little voice but I finally listened to my muse, opened the camera case and took the shot. Little did I know that this skywatch would have a highway leading up to the clouds. It was some sort of reflection going on that I didn't see but the camera did. Lesson One: Always listen to the muse. Lesson Two: Take your camera everywhere with you even to the bathroom.

Thanks to the skywatch team who are: Klaus, Sandy, Wren, Fishing Guy and Sylvia. Click here: www.skyley.blogspot.com if you would like to participate or view other blogs who have posted skies from all over the world.

  1. This is such a great photo. I am laughing because I recently found myself doing the same thing--taking photos--when on a trip to the bathroom in a Hawaiian-themed restaurant. My friends wondered what happened to me and why I had such a big smile when I returned. And, just like you, I used the pictures for a blog post.

    Go, bloggers!

  2. A fascinating sky shot! It looks like a laned highway in the sky! Beautiful!

  3. I agree, bring the camera everywhere, just don't drop it. :) Interesting road to heaven, maybe it's just for cameras...
