  3. Hi there - thanks for the comment on my blog.

    The image was a 2 1/2 second exposure with the camera on a tripod - I was getting organised to try to take some "star trail" pictures - but the light on the horizon was too bright. So I experiemted with a set of manual setting - fixed appature and ISO and just added 1/2 seconds to the exposure. This is the one I liked best. Its one of the (many) things I like about digital - I can experiment with very little extra cost!
