8/18/2015 - Outdoor Wednesday - #345 - Apostle Islands and Sunflower Field - Quote - Soren Kierkegaard - Life is

Wake from ship named Superior Princess.  My husband and I were booked for a 3 hour tour of the Apostle Islands.  We saw 21 of the 22 islands.   It was a cloudy but cool day. We were blessed.


All summer I have been searching the area for sunflowers blooming. On our way back home, we saw this field and threatening sky.   Life is good!

    We saw dead sunflowers on our recent trip. I think they mostly bloom in early summer. Love your water picture.
