Thank you Susan for being the hostess.

John, my husband and I went to the Red School House Winery-Stone Lake, Wisconsin for a Senior get together. There were young families gathered there, as well as, seniors.  It was very crowded so crowded that we were unable to find a parking spot for the car. Finally, I said,  "There is a space."  John took it.  We got out of the SUV, when I noticed that we had parked right by a bear trap.  I have never seen one before.  Have you?

After eating pulled pork sandwiches, having conversation with old friends and new acquaintances on the patio and listening to music we headed back to the car.  We noticed the bait inside the cage had not been touched. No bear was inside the cage.  No bear had damaged the Chevy. I guess, the plan is to move the bear away from town and restaurants.
