My husband is unable to go down to the lake and is unable to come back upstairs. He used to love to fish morning, noon and night even sometimes we would be out until 3 AM catching crappies. Time changes things. I am able to get down the stairs still. Next year is a big ? mark.
Agreed. I have taken a book down to the dock. Then I sit in the motor boat and prop my legs up and read a book. Mostly, I just veg out and enjoy the quiet evenings and watch the sun come up or go down.
Love the pink and purple hues. Beautiful sky shot!!
ReplyDeleteThx.

ReplyDeleteYa Ho!
DeleteVery pretty lake and photo. I also like to be near water, although I don't get there much these days.

DeleteBeautiful skies. I'm visiting your blog from the Friday Skywatch link. The dock is very inviting. I live in NJ.
ReplyDeleteNew Jersey is on my "bucket list."
DeleteThat pier feels like you could just walk it straight into the sunset!! (I hope I'd rremember to stop if I were really there!)
ReplyDeleteAgreed. I wiggle and I wobble but I don't fall down. It would be great to be able to become one with the sunset. Neat thought.
