Horrors of horrors! Our vacuum coffee pot leaked big time all over the counter recently. What a mess! Since my husband, John, drinks coffee intravenously, I went to Blain's Farm and Fleet in Rice Lake, Wisconsin that day and purchased a Hamilton Beach Brew Station. The Brew Station brews 12 cups, yes I did say 12 cups of coffee. Then the extra nice thing about this coffee station is that it does not have a glass carafe to break, to store and to find. If you need a new coffee pot, I would recommend this one.
Since it is raining here, I think I will go get a cup of "joe" settle in and check out other sites that has a Pink theme at: http://howsweetthesound.typepad.com/my_weblog/.

Cold, dark, misty in my neck of the woods. My perennials are hiding and I am wearing a sweatshirt. Coming here today made my day a little brighter. Thanks so much.
ReplyDeleteI'm a little late with my Pink Saturday visits because I had my grandsons for the weekend and couldn't tear myself away from them☺
♥Wishing you and yours a week full of happiness♥
The flower is lovely, sorry I'm no help. Too bad about the coffee maker! Been there done that. I think it must be some kind of "right of passage" as most of us have had that unfortunate experience. ha!
ReplyDeleteSorry my visit is so late! Such a busy weekend and so many lovely pink post to visit! I do get to them all...eventually!

I used to drink a lot of coffee and then too much caffeine put me in the hospital and I stopped.

The flower is what's commonly known as a geranium but its real name is pelargonium. For some reason the names are used interchangeably. They come in a range of colours including pink, red, purple, white, orange and some of them have scented leaves - a very distinctive smell. they're hugely popular here in the UK, for pots and bedding, and also very popular in pots in courtyards warmer European countries.
