Greetings and Salutations! If you would like to view Outdoor Themes click here: http://asoutherndaydreamer.blogspot.com/. Thank you Susan for being our hostess.
My husband and I built this burning pit yesterday with Holland Pipestone Pavers purchased at L&M, Hayward, Wisconsin. We had our first fire yesterday.
We lost a hydrangea last winter. We purchased this one at Rollingwood Nursery, Stone Lake, Wisconsin. John dug a hole about 14 to maybe 18 inches deep for the plant and the fish guts (which he uses as fertilizer). After a night of gentle rain on the bush, I noticed a bee on the hydrangea already. I think the bush likes the "new" surroundings.
Sunday, I went on a mission to see the sunflowers in bloom on County Road "B" near a distillery, Sarona, Wisconsin. Aren't these plants just smiling away at just being alive.
This week we had a storm with lightening, thunder and awesome sunsets. I hope you will come and visit this blog again. Meanwhile, take care.
