I couldn't peel this clementine by hand; so I took out a knife and began peeling it. I realized that the rind looked like a flower. John, my husband, thought it looked like a starfish. What do you think it looks like?
Hey, I thought clementines didn't have seeds. Oh well, there were only a few seeds to deal with. I bought a whole box of clementines. My husband and I can eat them until we drop. Hope to see you next week.
Looks like a starfish to me. We eat clemintines here also. No seeds that I can remember.
ReplyDeleteOur Clementines had seeds this year too. First time I ever noticed them.
ReplyDeleteYour peal looks like a flower to me, Joyce.
Happy New Year.
First thought was a flower. Love it.
ReplyDeleteI have been eating clementines every day, they have been wonderful. I think it looks like a flower too.

ReplyDeleteIt does look more like a starfish to me :) happy and healthy 2011!
ReplyDeleteThat looks so wonderful, and creative!
ReplyDeleteI love it. My first thought was you made a sun. But a flower is also correct. :)
ReplyDeleteNow that is a first for me. I love these Clementines, but never took the time to create something from the peeling. I have found some without seed, but not many.
ReplyDeleteIt made for a beautiful picture! I see the flower in it. I just got a gift of Honeybells today...I haven't tried peeling one yet:)
ReplyDeleteThanks for your visit!
Sue
