10/12 Outdoor Wednesday #144

If you would like to participate or view other blogs who have posted an Outdoor Theme click on logo above. Thank you Susan for being the hostess.

I saw this sign many times from the "L." However, this is the first time I have ever visited Wrigley Field and to top it all off it was with my two grandchildren, daughter-in-law and son. If you are interested in booking a tour click here: http://chicago.cubs.mlb.com/chc/ballpark/tours/index.jsp?content=daily.

Included in the tour is a visit to the broadcasting booth, the home and visitor locker rooms, the bleachers, the dugout and field plus the tour guide filled us in on the history of the Chicago Cubs. A toy in no time is cast aside but this trip builds memories with the family.

Scenic: field and city.

Thats all folks for now. Hope you will visit this blog again. Meanwhile, take care.

  1. What a neat tour -- there is so much history there -- I hope they never build a new one!
