Pink Saturday
Zippity doo dah.....it is Pink Saturday again. Here is a photograph of a beautiful park at Niagara Falls near the Children's Discovery Museum. It is also near a turn around for cars, tour buses and trolley cars. Notice the Pink tree. I believe that is a Red Bud tree at its peak.

Beautiful and fun Pink Saturday blog entry! It's a little gloomy outside today (hope the sun comes out) but your blog and a little cup of tea are giving me a little sun!

What a perfect photograph for Pink Saturday. Enjoy the day.
ReplyDeleteYes M'am, that is indeed a red bud tree. We have them in the woods on the edge of the pasture and fields and their blooms in the Spring along with the white dogwoods is my favorite part of the new season. HPS xo Lynn

ReplyDeleteHappy Belated Pink Saturday Joyce,
ReplyDeleteactually I was here to visit you at 0300 saturday morning but you hadn't posted yet....I wasn't going to ring the door bell and ask where your post was...lol...lol...
what a truly beautiful picture...the redbud tree is glorious and it may just be my eyes but it looks like pink flowers in a cluster on the left side of the photo....I was trying to think of the name of the flower but it escapes me...it is a flower that usually blooms in spring and does the best along borders and then is just green in the summer...
such a beautiful photograph Joyce
You are truly a gifted photographer

Thanks for visiting me...I love the picture of your redbud...one of my favorite trees! Yes I think fall is a great time to plant hydrangeas..here in Oklahoma the selection is best however in the spring..so that's when I plant mine, but I have also bought plants at the end of the season on sale...and planted in the fall and they have done just fine. Thanks again. Miss Bloomers/Sonia
