ReplyDeleteThis is an excellent law and needs to be enforced all around the world. One hears of many school bus tragedies, with many deaths that could have been prevented if seat belts were being used.
ReplyDeleteI think all that is for safety is well done. Children are not aware of the danger, so we have to ensure adults.
