9/16/2009 - Outdoor Wednesday - #36

These photographs were taken at Gene's Old Furniture and Antiques located in Weyerhaeuser, Wisconsin. Look at these old trucks and automobiles.

Remember the old wooden knobs on the steering wheels, the stick shifts, and running boards? I admit that I do.
Ah, those were the good old days.

  5. One of those cars reminded me of a car my Dad had in the 50's. Such nice nostalgia.

  8. Nifty old cars! I learned to drive and OLD Plymouth with a stick shift on the floor. The car was my older brother's and it was HE who taught me to drive when I was just 12 years old. Thanks for visiting Sacred Ruminations. I'm playing catch up this evening after a MUCH too busy week! Happy Weekend to you and yours!
    Hugs and blessings,
